Q: I need to change my shipping address.

A: We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Email your order number and correct address to frank@pitviper.com ASAP and we will try our best to help.

Q: will my order ship?

A: We ship orders out of our warehouse Monday through Friday, including express shipments. If you place your order before 12pm Eastern Time, we will do our best to ship your order out same-day. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day. *On Fridays, the shipping team works shirtless. Enter the warehouse with caution or excitement.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It depends where you live and what shipping method you pay for. Free shipping in Canada takes about 3-5 business days. Read up on the rest HERE.

Q: How can I better protect my package?

A: We've teamed up with SavedBy to offer shipping insurance. SavedBy typically covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Check out their site to learn more about their policies for claims.

Q: I need to return or exchange my Pit Vipers.

A: Grab your order number and set that up HERE.

Q: I returned something, when will I be refunded?

A: Once we receive your return, it will take us about 3-5 business days to process your refund. You’ll get an email notification when we do.

Q: I need a new nose piece.

A: We have them available for The 2000s (Z87+ and Polarized models), The Ellipticals, and The Intimidators HERE. If you need a nose piece for a different model, please email eh@pitviper.com with your original order number.

Q: What size Pit Vipers should I buy?

A: Many email services think we are inappropriate. Check your spam folder. Tracking numbers will send once your order has shipped out, and may also be hiding in your “spam” or “promotions” folders.

Q: Are there price adjustments on sale items?

A: No. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.
